This morning I went to the vegetable market while M.G. taught his classes at the high school.  I went by the post office and we had two notices of packages.  So we went to the customs place to get them out. One was from Mrs. Duckett which was 6 books for the boys.  The other was from the Turner family in Memphis, Tennessee.  It was a shirt for M.G., a dress for me (which was too small), airplane with batteries for Alan, matchbox cars in a little suitcase for Ken, and a Dr. Dolittle book, and a tin of candy.  We were fascinated with the wrapping.  It was plastic with air bubbles.  This afternoon at 3 o’clock we went to a tea for an American evangelist who is here with the AIM mission.  Then at 5 o’clock the committee to plan the World Day of Prayer program met at our church.
